After contacting several builders in our area, we found that Legendary Homes was by far the most upfront and honest about the costs associated with building a modular home. I started reading Todd’s blog and quickly realized he was the best fit for us. We were trying to decide between a couple of pieces of property so Todd volunteered to meet us at each site to give his input.
