The sole person who is responsible for manufactured homes maintenance is their owners. It is the owner’s job to maintain his house so it will live up to its durability and performance. A home owner must regularly check and clean the roof, windows, gutters, interior walls, heating systems, floor, foundations and other features of the house. If damages are found, they must see to it that those are repaired immediately. Park owners are also responsible for the trees around or within the area. They must insure that the trees won’t make any untoward harm to the residents.
