We are who we are because of those who came before us, our grandpa and father built homes and they built a small subdivision in our hometown. They are who inspired Todd to begin looking into selling modular homes and in 1994 he built his first house. In 1999 we opened our modular home center on U.S. 127, just south of Jefferson Rd.
