The following are floor plans that have been approved at some point. Codes change from time to time so these may need approved again. Please check on the plan you are interest on if it is currently approve.

These are plans other customers have done and so they are not standard plans. For the most part these should be approved so you can save on the approval costs and also the extra time it takes to get them approved.
